Shift

Shift is an online marketplace for used cars that prioritizes customer convenience. We offer a seamless car purchasing experience by enabling online shopping and delivering vehicles directly to our customers' homes, ensuring ease and satisfaction.

My primary responsibility upon joining was to create and establish a brand identity for the company. Through extensive research and exploration, we developed a theme that exemplifies our main value proposition: 'Your vehicle delivered to your driveway.

Leveraging elements of the logo, we creatively manipulated it to resemble roads and driveways, effectively conveying our core message.

Design assets were meticulously considered across all platforms, including print collateral, interior decor, digital assets, and more.

I also contributed to the initiative to elevate the app experience. Initially, the app directed users straight to a vehicle browsing page, limiting context for new users regarding our offerings and services. Introducing a homepage gently guides users into the app, allowing them to discover vehicles and learn about our services.

I also assisted with building secondary pages of our website, including the careers page and car value calculator.

I played a key role in designing various aspects of the web shopping experience, such as car comparisons, filters, and product cards. These enhancements significantly elevated the website, transforming it into a premium e-commerce experience.
